Terms of Service & Billing Disclaimers

Transactions on your statement will appear as PERSONAPULSE APP. All sales of digital subscriptions and virtual credits are final, non-refundable, and have no real-world cash value upon consumption. PersonaPulse is an interactive simulation engine; all characters, messages, voices, and media are 100% artificial, machine-generated fiction.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use PersonaPulse. By creating an account or continuing past the age gate you certify your age and accept these Terms. We may terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. Nature of the Service

PersonaPulse is an interactive entertainment simulation. All characters, messages, voices, images, and other media are 100% artificial, machine-generated fiction. No character is a real person and no message reflects the views of any real individual. PersonaPulse is not a therapy, counselling, medical, psychiatric, or crisis service.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or out of character. We make no guarantee of factual accuracy, perfect memory continuity, or absolute real-world correctness. Do not rely on any AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Renewal

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle and you retain access until then.

Because subscriptions and Pulse Credits are digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise (for example, demonstrably faulty service or non-delivery). UK and EU consumers acknowledge that, by starting to use a subscription or by consuming credits, they expressly request immediate performance and waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for the portion already supplied.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate, request, or share:

PersonaPulse permits adult (18+) fictional flirtation, romance, emotional roleplay, and suggestive scenarios within soft PG-13 / consenting-adult fictional boundaries. The simulation enforces these boundaries and may refuse, redact, or reshape requests that cross them. Repeated attempts to bypass safety boundaries may result in suspension.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for delivered digital goods or consumed credits may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance. Please contact support@personapulse.dev first — we will work to resolve genuine billing issues.

10. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident in another part of the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.

13. Complaints Process

If you have a complaint, please email support@personapulse.dev with the subject line "Complaint" and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and to provide a substantive response within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the matter, UK consumers may also contact the relevant ombudsman or Citizens Advice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
