PersonaPulse is an interactive simulation engine; all characters, messages, voices, and media are 100% artificial, machine-generated fiction.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use PersonaPulse. By creating an account you certify your age and accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

PersonaPulse is an interactive simulation. All characters, messages, voices, images, and other media are 100% artificial, machine-generated fiction. No character is a real person and no message reflects the views of any individual.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Pulse Credits are virtual items with no real-world cash value. All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where required by applicable law.

4. Billing Descriptor

Transactions will appear on your statement as PERSONAPULSE APP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to attempt to generate content involving minors, real-world violence, or other prohibited categories. The simulation enforces soft PG-13 boundaries.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for delivered digital goods or consumed credits may result in immediate account termination. Please contact support before disputing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
